Technical director

Mark heads up digital. After training as an architect, he moved into design and technology where he has a proven track record delivering exceptional technology solutions with data-driven decision making at the core. His multi-disciplined background and experience cover design, print, and web application development of large data-driven systems.

Prior to consulting, he's had over 20 years of agency experience successfully growing and managing a digital department of web application designers and developers to provide an in-house capability enabling the business to be more agile and successful in winning pitches and delivering fast-paced technical projects.

Key projects for a range of agency clients, include a global shipping platform for TNT Direct (FedEx), a bespoke cross-brand Events Management System for Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, SEAT, SKODA) and an energy regulatory labelling solution (ErP) for the UK's largest supplier of building materials, Wolseley, and a product data bridge for SEAT. He is also a Google Admin having managed all of the agency's IT infrastructure including data governance, GDPR compliance and Cyber Essentials.

He has a passion for data. Having used Excel at a high level for many years, he has transferred these skills to cloud based Google Sheets which offers additional powerful functions like REGEX and QUERY, as well as extremely good online collaboration tools. He also uses PowerBI and Google BigQuery which runs SQL and can process huge datasets.

Outside of work, he enjoys indoor rock climbing, drawing, photography & retouching, as well as helping people on Stack Overflow with their data problems.



Marketing director

Kirsten heads marketing and design. With a background in design and a Master's Degree in Management, she has spent her professional career working for multi-disciplined organisations helping them with their marketing and brand strategy development. With hands-on experience using Adobe's Creative Cloud, she is no stranger to design, artwork and video production including high-end commercial digital retouching.

She has previously run an online video production company specialising in green screen professional presenters. She is also a qualified photographer and vice-president of a local photographic society.

She has spent many years working with marketing departments, helping them with strategy and day to day execution of campaigns including search marketing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

She is a world medalist having represented Norway in martial arts at the World Championships in Budapest. She enjoys boxercise, swimming and Asian cuisine.
